Resizable Settings Windows on 3.x

On the new Prusa Slicer 3.x alpha, the settings pop up windows are fixed sized with scroll bars. I have a reasonbly huge monitor, and having to scroll a paperback book sized window to find a setting can be a less than rewarding experience. (Because feedback was requested, I posted this hopefully helpful item. I did UI work back in the day, I know how difficult it can be. You can't please everyone. I will leave with this thought, remove typical UI element control from the users (like window resize, moving windows, etc) with reluctance. Make sure the benefit is very strong when doing so as it can leave the user experience feeling broken or unfinished.)
