Additional pads for better bed adhesion

Using other materials than PLA or PETG, the bed adhesion will not be sufficient, especially for larger parts or parts without rounded corners. Adding round pads on the corners will help to improved bed adhesion. Now, I do this in my CAD system. But this should be a featured of the slicer, while this is a problem dedicated to 3 D printing....
