Send "Print Finished" notification with picture

When a print job has completed, delay the push notification that notifies that the print is complete. It should wait until a new picture has come in from the default camera (presumably showing the completed print). Maybe have it give up after a minute and send the notification without the picture if one doesn't arrive in time. Perhaps this could have some options in Connect to toggle this feature for different kinds of notifications (maybe a user would want this for an "attention" notification as well)
