Account for pre-print processes in time of Slice

once you have sliced a model, you are presented the amount of time the print will take. What the slicer doesn't account for is the printers time it takes to heat up the bed, clean nozzle, probe bed and heat up nozzle. depending on the printer and filament this could take several minutes on top of the print job.
