Color changing with sequential printing

When the new sequential printing setting became evailible with Prusa Slicer I was hopeing that I would be able to swap colors between the different objects, but when I tried to it told me that I can't insert a custom G-code while using sequential printing. I feel like this would be a very helpful and fun feature. Thanks.
